Every home has a live-in house manager, furnished rooms, clean shared spaces, weekly house meetings and a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
House rules
- No drugs or alcohol in the home or on the property
- Agreed drug and alcohol testing
- Curfew and guest rules set by the house
- Shared chores on a weekly rota
- Attend the weekly house meeting
- Respect for housemates, staff and neighbours
- Rent or programme fees paid on time
