How we run our homes
Structure, not slogans
Every Firm Ground home is a clean, furnished shared house with a live-in house manager. Residents agree to written house rules and a shared chore rota, meet weekly as a house, and keep the home and its grounds drug- and alcohol-free at all times.
We lease homes from landlords on 3 to 5 year terms and take care of day-to-day management, maintenance and inspections ourselves, so the standard in every home stays the same.
